**Urgently Hiring – 1-2 roles need to be filled**

Searching for a highly motivated, customer focused individual who can work in a fast-paced, technical sales environment. Strong math and/or accounting skills are desirable and have been proven to help one succeed in this roleAbility to accurately process quotes and orders is key. Excellent telephone/communication skills are needed for both inbound and outbound calls. Ability to work within a team environment and demonstrate positive team behavior towards both customers and co-workers. Minimum of 3 yrs inside sales/customer service experience is required but will consider recent graduates. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for someone with the right experience.  Please submit cover letter and resumé.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
